2011 INDIA'S BAD YEAR

The year 2011 was a very bad year for India particularly in the term of partisanship and acrimony in the parliament where politicians from the various parties made mess of the house, lowering their own image and loosing the faith of the people. I appeal to all the political parties particularly Congress and BJP to put the bitterness and one-upmanship of the past year behind them and start the new year on a more positive note with co-operating with each other on many important issues related to the country and the people. I am not suggesting that all the differences between the two parties can be resolved, but asking for that they must come to the table and negotiate rather than oppose each other out of sheer cussedness to score the point. The Lokpal Bill is only one example of important legislation that can be brought into being if such a spirit of non-partisanship is inculcated which may result in that the country and the people will gain and the parties themselves will be gainers in the long run. After all everybody knows that nobody is permanent in office or in the opposition. It is high time all our parties must make the year 2012 the year of trouble free year in all aspect and work for the progress and development of the country which is the urgent need of the hour.

Offensive

Congress Party along with its allies in the UPA government must go offensive and attack Anna Hazare and his team when ever they go for Anti-Congress campaigning in five states  for the forth coming assembly elections. Since there is open war between Congress and BJP in Rajya Sabha for passing the Lokpal Bill which has already passed by Lok-Sabha with leader of opposition is be having like Narad Muni between Congress and Anna Hazare and creating hurdles in passing the bill for his own selfish political gain. I strongly feel that Anna Hazare is not only agent of the Sangh Parivar but anti-national and wants to destroy the country for own selfish personal gain and such type of people are very unpredictable and dangerous and must be taught very strong lesson by the people and the government. Anna Hazare who is challenging the parliament considered himself as above the law must be handle with iron hand and Congress Party must teach him such a strong lesson that which will be remembered for long long time and finished him once for all which will not be tolerated by any other country in the world.

Anna failure

Calling off fast, agitation in front of Sonia Gandhi, Raul Gandhi and Members of parliament houses  and the cancellation of Jailbharao Andolan by social activist Anna Hazare is the slap on his face as well as his team members. The reason given by Anna Team of cancellation of agitation is the chilly weather of Mumbai, which is utter nonsense and rubbish as the the main reason was the total failure of agitation at MMRDA ground due to very people present at the site which proves that people of Mumbai city have not supported his agitation and considered it as waste of time and money. The agitation called by Anna Hazare and his team is nothing but looting the public money for their own selfish political gain and intentions which has been exposed. I strongly feel that Anna Hazare who mislead by his own team members must retire from social activities and concentrate on his health and other social work rather than making the mockery of his agitation which is not supported by majority of the people in the country due to presentation of Lokpal Bill in the parliament. I strongly feel that if Anna Hazare wants to have agitation in near future that it should exposed principle opposition Bharatiya Janata Party ( BJP ) which opposed the Lokpal bill and does not wants any Lokayukt in any states to support the corrupt politicians. It is high time Anna Hazare must stop this stunt and discontinue his activities to mislead the innocent people.

BJP's Intentions Exposed

Congress-led UPA government which wanted to present effective and strong Lokpal Bill in the current session of parliament with the assurance from the Opposition parties was lay-down particularly by Bharatiya Janata Party ( BJP ) who did not supported it for their own selfish political gain and show their true color. I strongly feel that BJP betrayed the people of India including Anna Hazare team who were fighting for the corruption and Lokpal Bill which exposed selfish intention of BJP who wanted to save corrupt leaders of their own party particularly in Karnataka, with this betrayal people of India will not spare the BJP in coming assembly election in five states and teach them very strong lesson by rejecting them totally and make sure that they must be wipe out from the political map of the country. It is high time Congress Party must exposed the BJP in the eyes of the people and see that they must be routed in every corner of political field. It is hoped that people of country will realized the situation and do not vote for BJP candidate in the coming assembly elections and brand them as anti-national and opportunist party.

AGENT

As per report and information in the media that the social activists and Gandhian Anna Hazare  is targeting only Congress Party for Lokpal Bill and the corruption without uttering a single word about sangh parivar including BJP which definitely proves that he is the agent and working on behalf of the sangh parivar and others who are associated with communal politics. He can see only Congress Party as corrupt and all others Saints, Gurus and Honest which seems that in this old age he has lost his balance of mind and need urgent psychiatrists treatment. His decision to go for three days agitation agains the government in Mumbai when Lokpal Bill is already presented in the parliament for discussion and debate shows that he is unnecessary targeting the Congress Party for his political gain. But the real truth is that he does not have any standing in the country and among the people and making only drama or stunt by making rubbish statement that he will agitate and Jailbharao outside the house of Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Congress General secretary Rahul Gandhi. I strongly feel that Anna Hazare who is old and sick and have been warned by his doctor must called off agitation to save himself to be fit in his health which is the need of the hour. One thing sure that even 100 Anna Hazare comes the corruption cannot be removed or go from this country where our system have become totally rotten and cannot improve in next 100 years. It is high time Anna Hazare popularly called the agent of sangh parivar understand the situation and stop instigating the people to revolt against the government and create unrest and violence in the country in which innocent people will be killed must called off his agitation for the betterment of the country and the people failing which he will be fully responsible for the disastrous situation and will have to pay very heavy price.

CRUSHED THEM

It seems that when ever government prepare a strong Lokpal bill  for presentation in the parliament, Anna Hazare team is not satisfied with it and threatens the government about fast and the agitation. Despite including all the proposal of Anna Hazare in the bill , it seems that his fast and agitation is not for the strong bill but for political gain to bring down the elected UPA government. I strongly feel that daily threats by Anna Hazare to government shows that he is behaving like dictator and considered himself as above the law and the parliament just because he is having support of few lakhs of people compare to more than 120 crore population of the country who do not support him and his style of functioning. Since the situation have reached the saturating point to showdown between the government and Anna team, the government must present the strong and effective Lokpal bill in the parliament and get it passed as early as possible and despite that Anna Hazare and his supporters still try to go on agitation and the fast to disturbed the law and order situation than  they must be crushed and handle with iron hand as such type of nonsense will not be tolerated by any country of the world. The urgent need of the hour is that there must be peace and law and order in the country and anybody who tries to create unrest in the country must be branded anti-national and crushed once for all  in the interest of the country and the people.

Annaji have you lost your balance of mind

While addressing the media social activists Anna Hazare said that if the strong LokPal bill is not presented in the parliament he will go on fast and agitation outside members of parliament who opposed it,  including house of Congress President Sonia Gandhi and the General secretary Rahul Gandhi. It seems that Anna Hazare is bent on creating wide spread violence in the whole country and wants to divide the country to make the situation disastrous everywhere in the name of LokPal Bill. Looking at the situation this old man have become the dictator and considered himself as supreme and above everybody including law and the parliament and with success have gone in his head it looks like he has lost his balance of mind and is behaving like abnormal person which urgent need the psychiatrist  treatment. I strongly feel that he is taking the law in to his hand with his supporters and threatening the government and MPs for his selfish personal goal and have forgotten the principles of Mahatma Gandhi and insulted him being the dirty politicians. It is high time since the situation might go out of control and there is possibility of violence in the country the government must ensure that there should not be any law and order problem in the country in coming days and who ever try to disturbed the peaceful situation must be handle with iron hand and thrashed once for all in the interest of the people and the country.

Black Money

Black money which is lying in the foreign banks will remain there and our government cannot do anything which has been observed for last many years. The discussion in the parliament was nothing but waste of time and money as both UPA nd the Opposition parties blaming each others to score a point for their own selfish political gain, but there was on concrete suggestion for action. I strongly feel that parliament should have attempted to explore possibility of preparing an action plan, which did not take place and Opposition was more interested in blaming the ruling party government and holding them to disturbed the proceeding without making any suggestion for some plan to bring the black money to the country. One of the main speaker of the Opposition pointed out that if the black money was brought back than there could be huge rural growth and the development of the poor people, without forgetting that they themselves were in power and allow black money to be sent out of the country and nothing was coming in. The discussion should have been purposeful aim-strategies for bringing the black money rather than just a blame game wasting precious time of the house and public money. It is high time the Opposition parties which does not have any agenda must stop this stunt and allow parliament to function smoothly and do its business.

SLAP ON THE FACE OF ANNA HAZARE

Victory of Nationalist Congress Party ( NCP ) and  Congress Party in the 168 municipal council governing the cities that have less than three lakhs population considered as mini-assembly polls is the biggest slap on the face of social activists Anna Hazare in his own state of Maharashtra. People of the state have taken sweet revenge on Anna Hazare who supported the slap by youth on Union Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar and threatened the Congress Party of pulling  down their government in the LokPal bill and  instead of following the principle of Mahatma Gandhi he have become the selfish politician and instigating the people to revolt against the UPA government in the name of corruption and Lokpal bill etc. I strongly feel that it is proved that the various claims made by Anna Hazare are bogus and he does not have any support of majority of the people except few of his selfish followers. The urgent need of the hour is that Congress Party and its allies must go head with their working planes and do not bothered about Anna Hazare and who ever support him must be thrashed in the elections and must be rejected by the people. It is high time the Congress Party at the centre must handled Anna Hazare's political agitation with iron hand and thrashed them if they disturbed the law and order situation in the country. It is high time Anna Hazare must be discipline with tough action by the government for creating unrest in the country and if required their selfish agitations must be finished once for all for the taking the country and the people for the ransom.

Right Action by Prime Minister

The decision of the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh to call UPA allies meeting on Tuesday and all party meeting on Wednesday to discussed the Lokpal Bill to be presented in the current winter session of parliament is in right direction and timely one, it is a move by PM to take all parties into confidence to counter challenge created by Anna Hazare's threat of fast and agitation and rejecting the draft of the standing committee for his own selfish personal and political gain. Instead of following the Gandhian path and its principle of non-violence Anna Hazare is instigating the people to revolt against the government and wants to become Dictator political leader of the country to put pressure on the parliament by putting himself above the law and the government. I strongly feel that the time has come for all the political parties to save the country from disastrous situation created by Anna Hazare and support and cooperate with government in the discussion of Lokpal bill to enable them to present strong and effective bill in the parliament and to make the law so that corruption can be reduced to greater extent. 

Abnormal Person

While addressing the press conference in New Delhi social activist Anna Hazare rejected the draft of standing committee and blaming the government for presenting the weak LokPal bill and said the government is working like post office and Bania's shop is nothing but insult to employees and the Bania community respectively. I strongly feel that Anna Hazare is behaving like 'Dictator' and wants to dominate the government with his own terms and conditions and considered himself as above the law and the parliament.It is high time he should be made discipline by the government for instigating the people to revolt to create unrest and law and order  problem in the country and people of India should not support him in his fast and agitation for his selfish intentions in the name of corruption and Lokpal bill which has well taken care of Congress Party government at the centre. It is high time this mad old man must stop his stunt and cooperate with the government, failing which he will be fully responsible for mess,  unrest and disastrous situation in the country.

DEV ANAND THE GREATEST

Shocked to read the sudden demise of great Actor-Producer-Director Dev Anand due to heart attacked in London at the age of 88. Dev Anand the Dada Sahab Phalke award winner and the Evergreen Romantic Superstar of the Indian cinema was one of the greatest personality the country have ever seen or produced, his many movies like Taxi Driver, C.I.D, Kala Bazar, Kala Pani, Hum Dono, Guide, Asli Naqli Hare Ram Hare Krishna, Warrant, Jewel Thief, Jhonny Mera Naam and many more were super hit at the box-office and entertain people with good stories and melodious songs for last six decades. His heroines like Waheeda Rehman and Zeenat Amman and Hema Malini who worked with him in many films made their name popular with their magnificent performance under his guidance. With his demise the era of Romance have ended and the vacuum which he has created will be very difficult to fill. May his soul rest in peace.

Adjournments

UPA government and Opposition parties are fighting like cat and dogs on the floor of the parliament right from the first day over the adjournment motions for discussion on some controversial issues like 2G and FDI, which resulted entire house was in mess regarding its procedure and made the Speaker helpless to adjourn the house till next day which is going for last seven days in which crores of the rupees of public money have been wasted along with precious time, but this time the noise was more as some of the allies of ruling party also joined the opposition in the case of FDI which they wants to roll back but government have totally refuses to bow down. I strongly feel that Foreign Direct Investment ( FDI ) in which many foreign companies will come to our country will help the farmers, generate employment and bring down the inflation rate to greater extent and will be at the reasonable rate , but looking at the current situation the parliament will be adjourned for entire winter session and many important bills including LokPal Bill may not be passed and for that matter entire opposition will fully responsible for the mess of the country and on the other hand Anna Hazare and his team should not blame the UPA government for not passing the LokPal Bill and stop giving threats of fast and agitations. It is high time the UPA government without bothering about the vote bank politics which has been played by the opposition parties must handle the issue with iron hand and see to it that proceeding of the parliament must start and all the pending bills must be passed with force  to prove to the people of the country that they are right people to rule the Nation.

No talks only action

Three years have been passed after 26/11 when ten Pakistani terrorist attacked city of Mumbai and killed many innocent people at various places and one of the terrorist Ajmal Kasab have been captured and is in jail and enjoying luxurious life at the expense of taxpayers money and still not hanged till date due to long trial in the courts making mockery of the judicial system which has never seen in any country of the world. The decision of India and Pakistan to start new peace talk between the two prime minister is utter nonsense and biggest hypocrisy have been seen in the recent time, instead of punishing terrorist groups  Pakistan is supporting it to fight against the Indian government and its armed forces across the border and misleading the world. I strongly feel that Indian government have lost their balance of mind and not fit to rule this country where anger among the people is running very high due to Pakistani attitude which is sure that they are not going to change due to grave situation in their country. The urgent need of the hour is that there should not be any peace talk and waste of time and money by the Indian government with Pakistan and see to to it that terrorist activities must be handle with iron hand and crushed once for all for the safety and integrity of the country and if the Indian government have some shame they must see that lone captured terrorist Ajmal Kasab must be hanged as early as possible to give justice to victims and their families.

Mumbai Terror attack - 3 years

November 26, 2011 the three years on of Mumbai terror attack and what has Indian and Satate government have done in this case to rectify the many flaws in our national security apparatus the Mumbai attacks highlighted? The post - 26/11 momentum appears to have run out, with the two important initiatives mooted after the hanging fire. Both the proposed National Counter Terrorism Centre and the National Intelligence Grid - meant to centralize and ordinate terrorism - related data and analysis - have run into bureaucratic firewalls and inter-ministry squabbles. Matters are no better on the ground. Sate police across the country remain woefully unprepared, operating within an antiquated paradigm, lacking equipment, physical infrastructure and access to networked intelligence. Police reforms remain stillborn.

I strongly feel that the political will is required to overcome bureaucratic resistance and resolve sensitive issues such as privacy concerns has been conspicuous by its absence. It has been seen as the return to the same old scenario of the administration of the day lurching from one crises to another, while essential security concerns have been put on the back burner. It is all in keeping with our system of security reviews. We have just five so far since Independence and all have taken place in the aftermath of a crises and remained therefore reactive in nature. There has been no attempt to look at the shifting geo-strategic challenges likely be confront India in coming years and the challenges in our security architecture required to deal with them. The National Task Force report due by year's end holds out a glimmer of hope. But if that hope is to be realized, our politicians must show a great deal and resolve.

Congress v/s BJP

Winter session of Parliament have began and is going to be critical test for ruling  UPA government and the opposition parties. The members of parliament are meeting in bleak economic and political situations with increasing forebodings about governance drift. There is increasing anxiety about economic slide, reduced growth, stagnant industrial production and rising food prices. Both UPA and the BJP are battling serious corruption charges at the Centre and in the state. I strongly feel that both UPA and the BJP cannot shrug off their responsibility and halt the proceeding of the parliament which they did during the monsoon session of the parliament resulted waste of precious time and the taxpayers money, which has become the routine and no worthwhile business have taken place. With electorate is watching their undemocratic behavior it is the duty of both UPA and the BJP to create atmosphere of cooperation in order to pass 23 important bills along with LokPal Bill which is promised by the government. By passing some of the crucial bills both government and the opposition can restore popular faith in the political system.

BJP IN FIX

Bharatiya Janata Party ( BJP ) the leader of the NDA alliance who is supporting Anna Hazare's LokPal Bill in the parliament is in fix with its partner Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is ready with his own Lokayukta Bill which is just opposite Anna Hazare's Jan LokPal Bill. The Anna Hazare team is very much upset and have attacked Nitish Kumar's bill which is same as the bill of UPA government. For BJP  Nitish Kumar's views is the matter of concern as it cannot force them to change it as it is the case of right to express its views. I strongly feel that since BJP have supported Anna Hazare's move in the parliament, it cannot go back and support Nitish Kumar's bill to upset Anna team. It is high time BJP must make its stand clear and tell the people of India that either they are with bill of Anna Hazare or Nitish Kumar, failing which their double standard game will be exposed and people will loose faith in them.

Political Stunt by Mayawati

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati's cabinet proposal to divide the state in to four states like Purvanchal, Pashchim Pradesh, Bundelkhand and Awadh Pradesh proves that it is political stunt on part of her with it is certain that she is frustrated and have lost her balance of mind to destroyed the state for her own selfish political gain. With UP assembly elections are just few weeks away and for last 41/2 years she have never thought of this and suddenly one day she decided to split the state shows that she is afraid of defeat in the forthcoming assembly elections as the people of state are fed up with her due to rampart corruption, murders, rape, molestations of young girls and with increasing popularity of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi among the weaker sections of the people, she has started playing dirty politics for supporting upper caste of people and smaller states for the vote bank politics. I strongly feel that the UPA government must reject her proposal of four states as she wants to divert the public attentions from the corruption cases filed against her which under investigation from the directive of the Supreme Court. It is high time all the political parties of the state must come together and reject the proposal of division of the state and see to it that she must be taught very strong lesson for destroying the state by rejecting her and her party totally in the coming assembly elections for the stability,betterment and welfare of the state and its people.

Trouble for Kingfisher Airlines

Vijay Mallaya's Kingfisher Airlines have approached the Central government for a financial bailout package to help it tide over a massive multi-thousand crore debt. If the government does indeed bail it out, it will be an extremely wrong decision, and on that will set a terrible precedent for others to follow. There is no market logic to bailing out a private company using the taxpayer's money. Kingfisher Airlines is under heavy debt because of inefficient working of its management , its inability to control costs and its faster than it could manage expansion. It was not helped by fluctuating fuel costs and the archaic laws that govern the Indian civil aviation sector, which has burdened both the civil aviation companies as well as the helpless passengers who seems to be shelling out a large amount for the ticket only because the taxation is so high. But then, this is the case with most sectors in India, be it manufacturing or services. If the government makes an exception for Kingfisher Airlines, it would be morally bound to bail out companies from other sectors too. The Idea of privatizing civil aviation was to bring in private players whose operations and profitability would be governed by the market forces. just as any company from any other sector of the economy.

A similar case can be built for Air India, the government-run airline that was,at one point in time, rated one of the best and the finest airlines in the world. One argument in favour of bailing out the airline could be that if Kingfisher  Airlines is allowed to go under, it will take down several financial institutions, service providers, oil companies with it given that it owes thousands of crore to these firms. But the counter argument is this: Kingfisher's financial state was known to everyone. It should have got bank loans or fuel on credit to such an extent. This fiscal indiscipline cannot go unpunished.

The entry of social activists Swami Agnivesh in the reality show ' Bigg Boss ' season 5 is in very bad taste. Swami Agnivesh, the guru of millions of his fans, has insulted the Indian culture and his teaching by sharing the room with models and vulgar girls, who expose their body in front of him and  indulge in cheap fights and also use abusive and vulgar language which has resulted the Swami has become the mute spectator . Swami Agnivesh in .Bigg Boss ' is like Vishawamitra surrounded by beautiful girls, who not only will disturb his concentration but also tempt him towards sex and violence. The main reason for Swami Agnivesh to  entered the show is just to improve the falling TRP ratings which already touched the rock bottom and not worth watching with the family members.

CITY UNSAFE

With increased in the gruesome murders and other various crime rate which is increasing at the alarming rate in the city of Mumbai has created tension among the people, in this matter I like to state here that moral values which has been taught in the family to the children have collapsed and with the influence of TV, fame, publicity and money the youngsters can go to any extend to become rich in short cut way which result there is egoistic problems among the younger generation and have become aggressive in every field of life and with fearless about the law which is taking lots of time to solve the case have encouraged the person to commit crime at their will, the murders in the city are committed in a very easy way and the senior citizens have become a soft target as they are not in a position to retaliate, on the other hand young youngsters wants to make headlines by committing a crime as the parents have failed in their duties to make them discipline and with the easy money available and the position their parents held in the society, they have become more active in committing the crime with the power of money and influence. I strongly feel that our law and police have become relaxed in such sensitive crime and it is high time they must get very tough with it by having very tough law with immediate action rather than lingering the issue for longer time,  and finally the people coming from other state must be restricted as they come to earn the money and if they failed, the show their frustration and commit the crime, it is high time parents must look at this serious situation and try to connivance the their children to be good and discipline and restrict their expenditure to some extent and keep a watch on their movements and the activities and media must try to help by creating awareness about the this serious crime and their consequences failing which the day is not far off when this financial capital will become killing field and we ourselves have to be blamed.

Zoo in pathatic condition

It is shocked to read the report of Plant and Animals Welfare Society ( PAWS ) Mumbai that civic-body run Byculla zoo is in very bad shape and in poor condition. It has been observed that wild animals who are sick are been kept in a very pathetic condition and atmosphere with not a single enclosure had water health care natural habitat facilities for the animals and they are not been cleaned on regular basis even the trees are not been water for many months which proves that zoo staff is inefficient and not qualified. Some of the enclosure are empty and animals are being put in small enclosure without any natural habitat and they are up for display are either they are injured or sick. Despite ban of plastic bottles in the zoo premises it has been noticed that many plastic waste and gutka pouches and cold drinks bottles have been found every where including in the enclosure which has exposed the working of the zoo staff. I strongly feel that since the zoo is being maintained with the taxpayers money it should be shut down till BMC provides proper basic amenities to the animals. Since all the enclosures are very old the civic body must try to zoo makeover or it should be shut rather than making the mockery of it. It is hoped that zoo authorities will look seriously in this matter and see to it that it should be made in good condition for animals to love in comfortable condition. 

Serious Crime

Shocking murder of Keenan Sentos and Reuben Fernandes by Jitendra Rana group who were harassing Priyanka Fernandes outside Andheri restaurant and stabbed them proves that youngsters are not bothered about our relaxed law due to long process and commit the crime without any fear. I strongly feel that with increased in the crime rate particularly female sexual embarrassment on the road is due to Mumbai police who are inefficient and corrupt have become the mute spectator which has resulted their image has reached the rock bottom and which has created fear for people and their safety. To end this utter nonsense of harassment there must be very strict law to create fear in the mind of people who commit crime and  in this the  case which must be tried in the fast track court and must be completed in shortest time with very strong punishment up to death sentence. It is high time state home minister R R Patil must take this matter very seriously and do some thing to stop this increasing crime which has become the hell for the young girls and others on the road and see to it that accused in this case must be severely punished to bring justice to the victims and their family, failing which it is failure of law and order and mockery of the judicial system resulting loss of faith by the people.

It seems that after calling off his maun vrat ( vow of silence ) after 19 days the social activists Anna Hazare have become frustrated man and have lost his balance of mind with advance age, as he has become anti and allergic to Congress party and its government in the name of LokPal bill and is under the impression of mass support including some selfish political parties, he is threatening the Congress Party with dare consequences that he would campaign against them in the forth coming assembly elections in five states if the LokPal bill is not passed in the coming winter session of Parliament without bothering whether the UPA government survive or fall, irrespective of any consequences take place in the country. I strongly feel that Anna Hazare's surviving on his one agenda of LokPal bill and considered it that India can survive only on LokPal Bill without bothering about the other things and other area's where the country is progressing. Despite given written assurance by the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh that LokPal Bill will be presented in the parliament, he still don't trust them and does not have patients to wait till the winter session of parliament starts and have started dictating his own terms and condition like a 'Dictator' which proves that he wants to bring down the Congress government by hook and crook to create unrest in the country by becoming season and famous politician to prove that he is above everybody including parliament and the judiciary, rather than being social activists fighting for the cause of the common people which has been side track with his selfish working intentions. With due respected to Anna Hazare i appeal to him to stop this drama or stunt of anti-Congress campaign and wait for the LokPal Bill is to be presented in the parliament, failing which creation of unrest in the country which results in chaos, Anna Hazare and his team will be fully responsible for the disastrous situation and bringing the country to the collapsible situation.

Match fixing

World of cricket have hanged its heads with shame with the arrest and jailed of three Pakistani cricket players Salman Butt, Mohammad Asif and Mohammad Aamer and the players agent Mazahar Majeed involved in the match fixing during their tour of England last year by the London court. All the three Pakistan cricket players have committed a serious crime and sent to jail with various sentences for earning huge amount for their own selfish interest by selling their own motherland and the game of cricket and have brought disgrace to the game as well for the nation. It seems that with Pakistani players are being isolated by other cricket playing countries due to terrorist activities supported by their countries administration, resulted no Pakistan player was allowed to participated in the rich Indian Premier League (IPL ) and the Champion Cricket League and made them frustrated and who wanted to make money quickly in the illegal way. I strongly feel that the action taken by the London court for sending them to jail is in right direction and timely one and it will be strong lesson for those who betrayed their own nation for sake of earning extra money in the illegal way. It is high time International Cricket Council ( ICC ) must make the game of cricket clean by having  through inquiry of all the player of all the cricket playing nations and who ever is found guilty must be severely punished.

Petrol Price

The steep hike in the price of petrol by the government will kill the common man on the street in day to day life. The price of petrol in various parts of the country have already cross more than Rs 70 per liter which is impact directly on all the essential commodities due to increased in the cost of transportation. Since food inflation is increasing at the alarming rate and have already touched 12.27%, it is impossible for common man to survive who are already struggling with over all price increased. I strongly feel that if this trend of price rise of the petrol continues that day is not far off when petrol will be sold by the government at Rs.150 per liter which will almost kill everybody on the street due to sin committed by our government and will put the economy of the country on the backward or downward and will lead to disastrous situation. The urgent need of the hour is that government immediately take very strong action to reduce the price of petrol before making people to die with struggling and grave situation, failing which i am sure that with forthcoming elections the day of of Congress Party at the centre is numbered as people will not spare them and reject them totally for their inefficient working for targeting the common people without of their fault for their own selfish personal gain.

Misguiding Inflation figure

The food inflation figures which has been released by the government bogus and manipulated.  they say that inflation is said to be at 12.27%  which is nothing but bogus figure and misguiding the common people but actually the Inflation is more than 14%.But the market realities however are totally different as they do not seem to have any link with the inflation figures supplied by the government. The inflation figure have put the more burden on common people  due to hoarding and profiting by certain selfish elements like big manufacturers of cement, steel and others, and government have failed to control them and and in hand and gloves with them to cheat the common people the unpleasant fact is that prices of all commodities keep going up and prices of some of the essential articles have almost doubled or triple during the summer season.

 

There is no special move on part of the government to tackle the worsening price situation as the  escalating prices do not seem to worry the government at all as they are more occupied with some other important work and just talking and not taking any action to control the rising prices.

 

It is being regarded as an inevitable, unavoidable phenomenon. The government, it would appear, has more important things to do and thinking about the general election in 20014 rather than giving any thought to the price problem and its leaders are giving only warning and lectures. It can be expected however that the jugglers who are appointed by the government entrusted with the work by the finance ministry of producing inflation figures will be as busy as ever to give wrong figure and misguide the people with their manipulating figures.They can be counted upon to continue the good work and produce a rosy picture. They appear to be adept at the art of manipulating inflation rates. They have done a good job. The figures they cook up may not reflect the existing market realities, but that does not matter to government at all whether the common man suffers or not. The front page report brought out many important aspect of rising prices and was worth reading.

Increasing Crine Rate

With increased in the gruesome murders and other various crime rate which is increasing at the alarming rate in the city of Mumbai has created tension among the people, in this matter I like to state here that moral values which has been taught in the family to the children have collapsed and with the influence of TV, fame, publicity and money the youngsters can go to any extend to become rich in short cut way which result there is egoistic problems among the younger generation and have become aggressive in every field of life and with fearless about the law which is taking lots of time to solve the case have encouraged the person to commit crime at their will, the murders in the city are committed in a very easy way and the senior citizens have become a soft target as they are not in a position to retaliate, on the other hand young youngsters wants to make headlines by committing a crime as the parents have failed in their duties to make them discipline and with the easy money available and the position their parents held in the society, they have become more active in committing the crime with the power of money and influence. I strongly feel that our law and police have become relaxed in such sensitive crime and it is high time they must get very tough with it by having very tough law with immediate action rather than lingering the issue for longer time,  and finally the people coming from other state must be restricted as they come to earn the money and if they failed, the show their frustration and commit the crime, it is high time parents must look at this serious situation and try to connivance the their children to be good and discipline and restrict their expenditure to some extent and keep a watch on their movements and the activities and media must try to help by creating awareness about the this serious crime and their consequences failing which the day is not far off when this financial capital will become killing field and we ourselves have to be blamed.

Robbery

As a motorist I like to bring to my fellow motorist and warn them that there is day light robbery is going on by the roadside mechanics in various parts of the city, next time when you drive a car the well wisher will points out some trouble with your car, but in reality he is thief to get rid of original parts of your car engine, the recent incidents in which many motorists in the city have been duped by unidentified men posing as mechanics who tell the panic victims that their car is emitting sparks and fumes resulting the victim on the main road and invite them to repair the car resulting they removed the original parts of the car and replaced it with inferior quality of the parts and charged Rs. 700 to Rs.1000.

I strongly feel that to avoid such day light robbery by roadside mechanics, all the motorist should not get panic must keep the telephone numbers of service centres of any of the reputed car company or a dealer and dial them in emergency and their men will  come immediately take away your car to their workshop to rectified the mistake if it is there.

On the other hand Mumbai traffic police must bust this illegal racket of mechanics who are moving in a groups and doing the open robbery with the motorists and they must arrest them and issue public statement to motorists not to give their car for any repair to any road side mechanics.

I hope the motorist will listen my request and do the needful.

Uncessary Issue

This refer to the report in the media that social activists Anna Hazare have written a letter to Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh that if the strong LokPal Bill is not passed in the coming winter session of the parliament than he will go on indefinite fast for the third time from the month of December. It seems that Anna Hazare who is giving threats after the threat and the ultimatum to the government is the frustrated man and have lost his balance of mind with advanced age and must need the proper treatment for his abnormality. Despite getting assurance from the UPA government that they will pass the strong and effective bill in the winter session of the parliament he is still giving threats which proves that he does not have patience and is in hurry to prove that he is above the law and the elected parliament by putting pressure on them in the name of corruption and the support of misguided people which no other country in the world will tolerate this nonsense. I strongly feel that there is no need or any reason for Anna Hazare to write letter to PM despite getting written assurance given by the government of presenting the strong LokPal Bill in the coming days. It is high time Anna Hazare must stop this stunt and drama and allow the government to work rather than creating hurdles and unrest in the country, failing which if any ugly incident take place in the country with riots, violence and killing Anna Hazare and his team will be full responsible for mess and disastrous situation of the country.

Security threat

Foreign nations cannot be blamed if they issue - based on their threat perceptions - advisories to their citizens not to go to places which are not safe. As many as five countries like U.S, U.K, Canada, Australia and New Zea-land have advised their citizens not to travel to India which is, according to them facing  a threat from terrorists. In fact a such advisories frighten people and make them stay away from India. We cannot dismiss the advisories as scare-mongering.

Foreign countries government come to conclusions based on violent happening. For instance, there are intelligence reports that terrorists might strike several places in India and recently large quantities of RDX was found in Delhi which may lead to cut down the number of tourists to India. During last few months there has been a record number of tourists to Kashmir. India offers to tourists many and varied spots . It has all what the tourists want: Sun,sand, sea, snow, games. Not many countries of the world have so many attractions. The tourists department of the Union government should be transparent. If there is a terror threat. It should not hide the fact. The current statement made by social activists Anna Hazare that he is not against the Congress Party but will agitate all over the country if the LokPal Bill is not passed in the forth coming winter session of parliament. In this matter i like to state here that Congress sincerely  bent on presenting the more effective and very good LokPal Bill in the parliament but there are other parties whose leader are involved in the various scams and corrupt practice will oppose the move and see to it that LokPal Bill should not be passed so that they should not be exposed and sent to jail and if it happens than ,  Anna Hazare who is fighting against the corruption his intentions whose intentions  as anti-congress will be exposed as currently those parties who are supporting Anna Team are themselves corrupt and are taking political advantage for their own self personal and political gain and making the Anna Hazare in front and scapegoat to fight the Congress Party by pulling down the elected UPA government. I strongly feel that id Anna Hazare wants to have agitation than he must tell the voters not to vote for corrupt candidate rather than for entire Congress party including its honest and hard working leaders like Sonia and Raul Gandhi along with many other leaders. It is high time Anna Hazare must understand the dirty intentions of other political parties and fight and exposed them rather than making stunt and concentrate onlu on his one agenda that is Corruption and LokPal Bill.

Dishonest core committee

With core committee of Anna Hazare will not be changed despite dishonesty by its members like Arvind Kejriwal and Kiran Bedi and their dadagiri on other members resulting resignation of two of its members have exposed their working being the political one and anti-congress. By threatening the UPA government with dare consequences if the LokPal Bill is not passed in the coming winter session of the parliament they cannot see the corruption like dowry and amount paid for education admission but only see the Congress party as corrupt leaving all the other political party and its leaders the honest. I strongly feel that it is dadagiri attitude of Anna Hazare team by taking law into their hand which will not be tolerated and UPA government without bothering about them must handle them with iron hand and pass the more effective Bill in the parliament to stop thair dadagiri and taking the country for ransom. It is high time the dishonest Anna Hazare team must shut their dirty mouth and do not play with fire to create unrest in the country to bring down the elected government failing which the riots and unrest in the country for which Anna Hazare and his team will be full responsible for the destruction of the county and people will not spare them for the sin they have committed or going to commit.

Danger for Anna

Anna Hazre Team is in danger of getting inundated under allegations about most of its members. After the Kiran Bedi cheating and embarrassment, Swami Agnivesh the former Team member has raised serious questions about fund management, something Anna Hazare himself as expressed displeasure about. The Gandhian has set a deadline of October 15 for completion of the audit, and now it is well past that deadline. The common people who are associated with the movement are now worried - they had come out and even fought on the streets for what they believed was a just cause, stemming the widespread epidemic of corruption. Now it is become obligatory for Team Anna to make the accounts public, otherwise it will be emerge that now swindlers are heading the agitation.

Cheater

Anna Hazare team member Kiran Bedi has turned out to be the cheat person and have taken full advantage of  position during the agitation to fight against the corruption and LokPal Bill, It has been reported that while traveling from Pune to Mumbai she claimed Rs. 31,000 and told the traveling agency to make the returned  ticket from Delhi-Mumbai-Delhi , so that she can claimed more amount for her personal use. I strongly feel that she has cheated the faith of people who supported her during the Anna Hazare's agitation and considered her as the most important member of the Anna team, since she has committed a serious crime and lower the image of the Anna Hazare, the urgent need of the hour is that she must be dropped from the Anna Hazare panel which it seems is cracking due to controversial figure like Arvind Kejriwal and Prashant Bhushan who are anti-Congress and trying very hard with support from Sangh Parivar to bring down the UPA government. With Anna Hazare who is surrounded by cheaters there is strong chances that people in next few days will loose total faith and will vanished from the scene  due to their selfish working and misleading the people of the country. It is high time Anna Hazare must make his own house in order before advising others.

Anna Hazre has accepted that the disgraceful statement made by Prashant Bhushan on Kashmir is totally wrong and unacceptable. Prashant Bhushan's remark is the insult to the people of India and those brave solders who lay down their lives while fighting Pakistani terrorist for Kashmir. The urgent need of the hour is that Prashant Bhushan whose anti-national remark have hurt millions of Indian people all over the world and he must be immediately removed from the Jan LokPal Bill Panel by Anna Hazare and people must take strong action  against him for anti-India stance and must be boycotted totally.

UNFORTUNATE INCIDENT

I strongly condemned the attack on senior lawyer and the Anna team member Prashant Bhushan by a youngster in his chamber of the Supreme Court for his remark on Jammu & Kashmir. While watching his statement or a remark on TV, Prashan Bhushan made blunder by saying that we must part with Kashmir to Pakistan which is very bad remark and anti-national statement. As everybody knows that our arm forces have full control over the Kashmir and are fighting the terrorist supported by Pakistan across the boarder and many of them have lay down their lives to save the Kshamir for last 60 years. It is very surprising that Prashan Bhushan instead of blaming Pakistan is talking about giving away Kashmir to them due to choice of local people. When such statement are made than anybody will get angry and take law into their hand. I strongly feel that it was totally wrong on part of Sriram Sena man to take law into their hand and thrashed Prashant Bhushan in his chamber which is nothing but breach of security in which they able to manage to reach the Supreme Court chamber without any security check, which has already seen in the past the blast outside the Delhi High Court, killing innocent people. It is high time Prashant Bhushan must stop giving provocative statement and concentrate on LokPal Bill to be passed in the parliament rather than playing dirty politics in other subjects. 

Anna is losing his credibility

Anna Hazare making fool of himself by mislead by his own people like Prashant Bhushan and Arvind Kajeriwal who both are crooked minded for their own selfish personal gain make it Anna  scapegoat in the eyes of the people particularly the Congress party whom they are opposing and telling the people not to vote for Congress Party due to not passing the LokPal Bill in the parliament. On the other hand Anna Hazare is playing a double game by praising Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi knowing very well that Modi has kept Lokayukta out of the state for last nine years which proves that he is acting on behalf of the BJP and RSS and is their campaigning agent to bring down the elected Congress government at the centre. Anna's doubled standard stand have confused his supporters and have been exposed him as fulfilling someone else's agenda. It is high time Anna Hazare and his team must stop this political stunt and gimmick, failing which what ever dictatorial attitude they have with the support of people will vanished in no time and nobody will bothered them whether they are alive or dead.

MOST DISGRACEFUL

It is most shocking and disgraceful that former Tamil Nadu chief minister M Karunanidhi is asking Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Sigh and Congress President Sonia Gandhi to save the three killers of our former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi from the gallows, who are already given death sentence by the Supreme Court and their mercy petition is also rejected by the President of India. I strongly feel that M Karunanidhi is playing communal politics and is anti-national by trying to save the three Tamil killers who deserve not less than death sentence. It seems that M Karunanidhi has lost his balce of mind and is the frustrated man today due to arrest of his daughter in the 2G scam and is in jail for looting the public and nations money. The urgent need of the hour is that both Dr. Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi should not listen to this mad man M Karunanidhi and the anti-national for supporting Rajiv killers and law must take its own course and hanged the Rajiv Gandhi killers as early as possible, to end this case which is pending for last 20 years.

STUNT BY ANNA HAZARE

The ultimatum by Anna Hazare to Congress Party that Lok Pal bill must be introduced in the winter session of parliament failing which he will tell the people of the country not to vote for Congress Party in coming elections. It seems that success to fight against the UPA government in name of fighting corruption has gone in his head and he must know that it is the parliament in which all the political parties will give their approval and pass the bill to make it law. So why single out and target Congress Party? With this biased and partial behavior it looks like Anna Hazare is playing dirty politics and acting like campaigning agent of Bharatiya Janata Party ( BJP ) to bring down the elected government at the centre. I strongly feel that with this ultimatum, what ever rest Anna Hazare is having in the eyes of the people have fallen and his image of fighting against the corruption have hit the rock bottom. It is high time Anna Hazare must stop this drama and concentrate on his agitation and fast to fight the corruption rather than playing dirty politics with opposition parties.

The arrest of suspended IPS officer Sanjeev Bhatt by the Gujarat police have exposed the working of Chief Minister Narendra Modi who is popularly called the " Maut Ka Saudagar " . Sanjeev Bhatt who filed the affidavit in the Supreme Court against Narendra Modi for his involvement in the Godhra riots case 2002 in which he order the killing of minority people is taking revenge on Bhatt and his family members by harassing him with various search and raids twice in 24 hours and threatening him with dare consequences. Since the metropolitan court have rejected the request of police for police remand for seven days of Bhatt, it is big defeat and setback to Modi who being communal and dreaming of becoming the Prime Minister of the country. I strongly feel that what ever Modi is doing is political stunt and gimmick for his own selfish personal gain and it the right time that Supreme Court must serious look into allegation of Rajeev Bhatt against Modi and give strict order to Modi and his government which is vindictive. It is high time BJP leadership must take this matter very seriously mand take appropriate action against the Modi, failing which the time is not far off when Modi will bring political disaster for the BJP and bring the image of the party at rock bottom in the eyes of the people who are waiting to reject the party totally in coming elections.

Fight for the post of Prime Minister

The fast and rath yatra by Modi and Advani is nothing but dreaming about becoming prime minister of the country in 2014 general elections and looking at the current situation both along with other political leaders are living in fools paradise and dreaming of becoming prime minister which is distance dream. It is high time BJP leadership must stop this drama, tamasha and nautanki as their selfish intentions are exposed in the eyes of the people and must concentrate on welfare of the people and their problems, rather than wasting their time and money on subject which have no importance today.

At last the great Indian circus of three day fast by Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi ended with glass of lemon juice. This fast which was gimmick, political stunt and biggest drama the country have ever seen in which he was trying to prove himself the honest man by making statements that people's pain is his pain which as per the proof and the evidence is the best lie when murder, rape, molestation, corruption took place and he was branded as the ' Maut Ka Saudagar " during the state riots in 2002 where many innocent people were butchered by the police as per his order, resulting cases were filed against him and even Supreme Court did not spare him by sending his case to rial court for proceeding without giving him clean chit. It is high time people of this country which has seen his true color of communal-ism will act very strongly when the 2014 general elections take place and prove to the world India does not believes in such drama of communism  and is the 'Secular' nation where people of all cast and religion are equal.

POLITICAL STUNT

By regretting the Godhara riots 2002 the Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi is trying repair his dirty image of " Maut Ka Saudakar " which at present is at the rock bottom and it is too late to rectified the mistake which claims lives of innocent people particularly from the minority community during the riots. He even do not have a curtsy to go to helped the people who were targeted by fanatic people.On the eve of his three days fast for unity, harmony and peace is nothing but gimmick and political stunt, which cannot work as people knows his intentions very well and have been exposed. Since he is eying for national politics and wants to become the prime minister of the country in 2014 general elections, it will be unfortunate and dark day for the country to have communal person at the important post of PM. It is high time the urgent need of the hour is that such drama and nautanki must be stopped in the interest of the people and the nation.

DRAMA

The crying of actress Jayaprada in front of camera on the TV channel in support of Amar Singh proves that she is doing nautanki and very talented artiest in such situation. Amar Singh who have being arrested for his involvement in cash-for-vote scam is the great manipulator and capable doing such thing to any extent and the threatening statement made by Jayaprada that if  opens his mouth than many big shots will come in serious trouble. As a citizen of the country we have full right to know the real truth and who are involved in this scam and i appeal to Jayaprada to see that Amar Singh must disclosed the names of those big shots to enable the people of the country to know the people who are behind it, failing which our investigating agencies are capable of finding out real truth from a person who irrespective of any position hold.

Petrol Price

Petrol price increased by three rupees with immediate effect by the government is very bad, hard hitting and is going to put more burden on the consumers particularly the motorists. With this increased which is fourth in last six months the prices of all the other product including essential items will increased at the alarming rate and make the people hit very hard and suffer. It is high time the government must roll back the price of the petrol and bring down it by few rupees so that some relief is given to the suffering people, failing which the coming days will be impossible to live and there will be protest and agitation all over the country.

Death Penalty

It has been observed that some of the states in the country have become communal by opposing the hanging of people of their caste. The recent resolution passed by Tamil Nadu assembly for opposing the hanging of three convicted person who killed our former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi and who are facing the gallows after confirmation of death sentence by Supreme Court and rejection of their mercy petition by the President of India which is nothing but direct interference in the working of the judiciary and the President. The same voice is also been raised in the state of Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir where their people are facing the death sentence. I strongly feel that no state in the country have the power to challenge the authority of the Apex Court and the President who are supreme. It is  high time the government at the center should not bothered about such vote bank politics and those who have been given death sentence must be hanged as early as possible to give justice to the victims and their family, failing which it is the mockery of the judicial system and loss of faith among the people.

The L K Advani's Rath Yatra all over the country to fight against the corruption is politically motivated and create unnecessary unrest in the country by taking advantage of current situation and will not serve any purpose. It is high time he must stop this and does not create further problems for the country and take the nation for ride  which is already going through bad period.

FAST

The three day fast by Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi for peace, harmony and unity is a gimmick to save his image of 'Maut Ka Saudagar ' during the riots of 2002 for which he must regret and apologies to those who have suffered the lots. Supreme Court which has sent back his case to trial court for process proves that he has not be given clean chit and there is no need for his party to celebrate the victory and they must wait for the outcome of the case.

Rahul Gandhi versus Narendra Modi

In praising Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi in their report the American Congress have unnecessary created a controversy for the General Elections in 2014 and divided the country on the basis of caste and religion. Looking at the situation popularity of Rahul Gandhi is more among the masses compare to Narendra Modi who is restricted only to Gujarat. I strongly feel that matter of selecting Prime Minister of the country must be left to people in the coalition politics and nobody can give assurance or predict that who will become the prime minister at that time. It is high time this matter should not be given too much importance and should be closed for the betterment of the country and the people.
